IT Support Specialist
The role of IT Support Specialist involves working with the IT team to ensure efficient and effective technical support for users. This includes collaborating on various projects, monitoring and responding to helpdesk tickets, and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for configuring and deploying new machines for users, including upgrades and repairs. They will also install, configure, and support printers, drivers, and other hardware. Additionally, they will provide effective support for Office 365, Windows 10, and mobile devices (Android and iOS).
To succeed in this role, you should have experience within IT Support Engineer or similar roles, and a passion for IT. You should also be eager to develop your skills and make a real impact.
