Wellington College is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic and Digital Designer to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative professional with a strong design portfolio across both print and digital media, excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a flair for photography and visual storytelling. You'll play a key role in shaping the College's visual identity, creating high-impact content for campaigns, social media, publications, and digital platforms.

The Role
Working for 35 hours per week as our Graphic and Digital Designer, you will: (see JD for full requirements)
Craft compelling visual content across print and digital platforms—from brochures and posters to social media graphics and email campaigns.
Capture and edit photography that reflects the vibrancy of College life.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver engaging campaigns that align with our brand and values.
Contribute to the College's evolving visual storytelling and digital presence.
What we are looking for
We're looking for someone with:
At least 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your versatility across print and digital.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
A strong eye for photography and visual storytelling.
A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to work.
A passion for education and a desire to contribute to a meaningful mission.
Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or basic HTML/CSS will be considered an advantage
