Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about their career, ambitious to be part of a successful team, and driven to keep improving the business. We are searching for a charismatic and skilled Telesales Consultant to cold call and respond to enquiries from potential customers, educate them on our services over the phone, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
* Contact potential clients and build rapport by cold calling and establishing long‑term relationships.
* Persuade prospective clients to engage in phone conversations and discuss our services.
* Ensure eligibility criteria are met before proceeding.
* Verify documents, including customers’ personal information.
* Build a warm desk and deliver outstanding service to gain new business through referrals.
* Maintain continuous contact with clients throughout the entire process.
* Update the CRM system with accurate records and data.
* Ensure all required documents are completed correctly and timely.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience (full training will be provided).
* Previous experience with a CRM system.
* Ability to work with computers.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to deliver client‑focused solutions and foster long‑lasting relationships.
* Smart dress code.
* Availability to contact clients over weekends and evenings to maintain high customer service levels.
* GCSEs or A‑Levels/Degree.
* Excellent commission structure plus bonuses and office holiday for targets.
Employment Details
Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent – Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
Salary: £20,000 per year to be reviewed after probation + commission & bonuses / average OTE £40,000 – 60,000 PA.
