Beach Baker is exclusively retained by a leading commercial property consultancy to recruit an experienced Lease Consultancy Surveyor at Associate or Partner level. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong regional presence and national reach, advising on complex lease matters across the South West and South Wales.
Your Role
You'll work closely with agency and professional teams, delivering strategic lease consultancy advice across a diverse client base. From rent reviews and lease renewals to restructuring and Expert Witness work, you'll play a key role in shaping outcomes and driving value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead negotiations on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring.
* Prepare Expert Witness Reports and represent clients in third-party proceedings.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and support cross-selling initiatives.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated property solutions.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
* MRICS qualified
* Degree educated
* Full UK driving licence
Experience & Skills:
* Proven track record in lease advisory
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Commercially minded and client-focused
* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Team-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
