Supply Teachers – Fareham Area

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Fareham and the surrounding areas. This flexible role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, value a healthy work–life balance, and want the freedom to choose when and where they work.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
* Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons and managing the classroom effectively
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A flexible, adaptable, and professional approach
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and school policies
Your Role in the Classroom:
* Deliver engaging lessons in line with school expectations and lesson plans
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Ensure pupils remain on task and supported throughout the day
* Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
* Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
