As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who can work in our fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers to make them feel valued.
Ideal candidates will be friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact, are essential. The ability to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is also required.
