Talent Frame are excited to be supporting this reputable global law firm as they hire a CRM Executive to their team. The role can be based in either Birmingham or Manchester. The successful candidate will support the upgrade, rollout and optimisation of the firm’s CRM system (Interaction), ensuring high data integrity and user adoption across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the global upgrade, implementation and ongoing optimisation of the CRM system, including data preparation, testing coordination, and post-launch adoption activities.
* Support CRM-related projects such as system integrations, enhancements and process improvements aligned with business objectives.
* Facilitate testing, documentation and rollout of CRM changes, ensuring smooth deployment and user engagement.
* Troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues by liaising with IT teams or external suppliers, maintaining operational continuity.
* Manage and maintain high-quality data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with regulatory standards and data protection policies across all regions.
* Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing and training to foster consistent CRM use across offices worldwide.
Experience required
* Experience working with CRM systems, preferably InterAction; familiarity with Salesforce or Dynamics is advantageous.
* Strong data management skills with meticulous attention to detail and a good understanding of data quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills, able to support users from diverse regions and backgrounds, including non-technical stakeholders.
* Organised with the ability to independently manage projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience within professional services or the legal industry is highly desirable.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach, with the capacity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration.
