Block Manager Location: London (Edgware) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year (commensurate with experience) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Manager to join a dynamic and growing Property Management company based in Edgware. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, varying in size. IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential, as we are committed to supporting the right candidate in achieving this certification. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. Exceptional written and spoken English. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Handling daily client queries and ensuring prompt resolutions. Conducting site inspections and overseeing contractor work. Assisting in the preparation and issuance of service charge budgets. Collaborating with internal accounts teams. Supporting Section 20 consultation processes. Attending residents' meetings and AGMs. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
