As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at our Rotherham warehouse. This is an exciting time to join us as we're recruiting for Fast Paced Warehouse Operatives to support us during our busiest time of the year.
Role Overview:
As an Warehouse Operative at Dibor, you will be responsible for packing customer orders to the highest standards. Ensuring that each order is carefully and securely packed for dispatch is key to providing an excellent customer experience. You'll work as part of a fast-paced team to meet daily targets and help us manage the increased demand during peak season. This position involves day shifts, weekend shifts and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Packing: Pack customer orders carefully, ensuring that all items are securely packed and ready for dispatch.
* Quality Control: Ensure each order meets our high-quality standards before it is sent out.
* Multi-Tasking: Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the picking team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
* Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous packing or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential—training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Willingness to engage in physical tasks, including some lifting.
