Are you ready to make a real difference to our London highways infrastructure? Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor based in Picketts Lock Lane where you'll lead a dedicated team while ensuring all projects are completed safely, on budget, and on time.
Location: Picketts Lock Lane, London
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some night works required. Flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + company van + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning, health and safety, and delivery of high-quality reactive, routine and minor maintenance works.
Your day to day will include:
* Planning and supervising site teams for reactive maintenance, routine works and schemes
* Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained to the highest level
* Conducting regular site inspections and collaborating with our Health & Safety team
* Managing team development and ensuring all training qualifications are up to date
* Working collaboratively with supply-chain partners to improve standards and share best practice
What are we looking for?
This role of Maintenance Supervisor is great if you:
* Hold a Site Safety Management certificate (SMSTS/SSSTS)
* Have supervisory experience in carriageway resurfacing and highways maintenance
* Possess an NRSWA Supervisor card and have a full driving licence
* Are confident managing fleet operations and ensuring O Licence compliance
* Have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams
