The Opportunity You’ll advise on a broad mix of corporate and commercial work, supporting entrepreneurs, directors and business owners with practical, strategic legal advice and a high standard of client service. Key Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including: Share and business sales and acquisitions Commercial contracts Shareholder agreements Joint ventures Restructures and wider company law issues Provide clear, commercially focused advice to business owners, directors and entrepreneurs Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent service and communication Contribute to business development and wider firm growth initiatives Work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues across departments About You (Requirements) Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 4 years’ PQE with strong, current UK corporate and/or commercial experience Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiation (contracts and transaction documents) Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in how businesses operate Confident advising clients directly and managing matters with minimal supervision Self-motivated, well-organised, proactive, and collaborative Location & Working Arrangement Harrow area (North West London) Working arrangement to be confirmed, with flexibility available where appropriate.
