Job Title: Room Leader – Toddler Room (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £29,000 – 33,000 per annum DOE
Working hours: 42.5 hours per week over 4 ½ days
Location: Epsom, Surrey - 5-minute walk from train station

Responsibilities
* Create fun, engaging activities that spark the children’s interests and imagination
* Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents and the team
* Support children’s learning, development and well-being every day
* Manage and support a team of 4 staff
* 14 fun and friendly little people, to make you smile every day!
What we are looking for
* Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
* Previous Room Leader experience desired but not essential
* A passion for working with young children
* A fun, reliable and enthusiastic approach
* Someone who works well within a team
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Safeguarding practices
* Someone who can handle story time, serving lunch and the regular messy moments with a smile!
