Randstad Education is looking for a Reception Administrator who has the dedication and passion to work at a secondary school. This is a temporary Reception Administrator on a long term basis and you will be expected to work from 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

13. To represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner
14. Answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
15. Assist in arrangements for school trips, events
16. Provide general admin support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, e-mailing
17. Assist in completing standard forms and responding to routine correspondence
18. Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
19. Produce lists/information/data as required, e.g. pupils' data
20. Undertake typing, word processing and other IT based tasks
21. Sort and distribute mail
22. Undertake general administrative procedures, Maintain and collate pupil reports
23. Assist in ordering uniform
24. Provide general advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others
These are some of the requirements that we need from you:
25. Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
26. 2 recent professional references
27. Committed, flexible and enthusiastic
28. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
29. Previous experience in school environment is essential
30. Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS
31. Good verbal and written communication skills
32. Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
33. Right to work in the UK is Essential
