The Role: Manage an inside sales team
* Fast-paced, incentive and KPI-driven environment
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM
* Handle and monitor daily activities in a high-performance environment
* Coach, mentor, and recognize achievements (High Five!)
* Develop closing techniques, objection handling, and more
Requirements:
* Must have managed an internal sales team in a fast-paced, outbound call centre environment leading a competitive, high-energy team to success
* Proficient in data & CRM reports, able to analyze statistics and implement changes
* Lead by example, motivate teams, and demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills
* A natural leader of people
* Passion for Sales & Sales Management
