Responsibilities:
* Dealing with inbound queries from customers.
* Updating electronic customer records.
* Processing engineers work sheets.
* Invoice processing.
* General filing.
* Proficient in IT and Excel applications.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication skills (written & Verbal).
* Ability to work with a small, dedicated team.
* Planning and time management skills to comply with submission deadlines.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
This is a fulltime permanent position.
