* Contract: Full Time - Permanent
* Working Hours: 37 hours, Monday to Friday
* Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
About the Role
Power NI, part of Energia Group, is seeking enthusiastic Sales and Retention Specialists based in Antrim or Omagh. Reporting to the Sales and Retention Team Leader, you will focus on customer retention within a target-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a hybrid team setting. The anticipated start date is 21st July 2025.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
* Experience liaising directly with customers to promote services
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
* Suitable home workspace with a good broadband connection
