We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy Service Team. If you love keeping things running smoothly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for logistics, this is your moment
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
* Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
* Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
* Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
* Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
* Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
* Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
* Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks
What You'll Bring:
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
* Customer-first mindset and a helpful, can-do attitude
* Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
* Team player who also works well independently
* Knowledge of H&S procedures and logistics across the UK & Ireland is a bonus
