About this Role
As a 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst, you will be a key part of our IT team based in Milton Keynes, providing day-to-day technical support to colleagues across the business. Working closely with the Group Network Manager and wider network team, you will help maintain and support our existing IT systems while ensuring users receive prompt and effective assistance.
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to employees across a range of technologies, including our Citrix desktop estate.
* Respond to support requests via phone, email and in person, logging and resolving issues or escalating where appropriate.
* Deliver desktop and laptop support including deployment and configuration using SCCM.
* Support the maintenance and development of internal IT systems, procedures and documentation.
* Assist with mobile device support and general IT administration tasks across the business.
About You
You are a proactive and approachable IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting people to work efficiently. You are organised, technically capable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
* Experience providing 1st or 2nd line IT support within a business environment.
* Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
* Experience supporting desktops, laptops and mobile devices across a Windows environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with colleagues and third-party suppliers.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining accurate records.
