These roles involve supporting apprentices in the workplace, ensuring their progress and development is effectively reviewed and supported throughout their apprenticeship journey. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with an assessor qualification to play a vital role in helping apprentices achieve their goals, while also working closely with employers. Key Responsibilities: Carry out workplace visits with apprentices. Review and assess apprentice progress, identifying outstanding theory-based learning. Liaise with employers to provide updates, address questions, and resolve any concerns. Maintain accurate progress records using Smart Assessor (training available if required). Requirements: A recognised assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1 or D32/33). Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (e.g., Business, Management, Hospitality, Hair or Beauty).
