We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Frontier team, based at King’s Lynn, on a fixed-term full-time basis for 12 months.
You will be carrying out day-to-day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

10. Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
11. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontier’s ICE values

16. Workshop/Mechanical skills (desirable but not essential)
17. Loading shovel license (desirable but not essential)
18. Tele-handler / FLT license (desirable but not essential)

Your Role
As a Site Operative your role will involve:
20. Assisting Site Management with all aspects of Grain Storage Operations
21. Assisting Site Management to comply with Health, Safety and Quality procedures including keeping records to ensure compliance
22. Working to customer requirements regarding drying, cleaning and storage operations in order to produce desired levels of quality and service
23. Ensuring general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
24. Ensuring the stores, plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard
25. Assisting within the grain testing lab/weighbridge
