Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a leading global property consultancy to appoint an Associate‑level RICS Registered Valuer to join their expanding commercial fund valuation team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
6. Act as a key contact for clients, delivering consistently high‑quality fund and portfolio valuation advice
7. Produce Red Book-compliant valuations, with a primary focus on:
8. Fund and portfolio valuations
9. Financial reporting
10. Inspect properties, analyse market comparables, and undertake detailed valuation modelling
11. Prepare clear, robust valuation reports and present findings directly to institutional and fund clients
12. Support workflow planning, internal QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
13. Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and complementary service lines, including capital markets and asset management teams
14. Contribute to business development activity, including fund mandates, bids, proposals, and RFPs
15. Mentor junior colleagues and support their technical and professional development
16. Ensure compliance with internal risk, regulatory, and professional standards
✅ Person Specification
17. Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related property discipline
18. MRICS (ideally 4+ years PQE) with RICS Registered Valuer status
19. Demonstrable experience in commercial and fund/portfolio valuations
20. Strong understanding of valuation standards, methodologies, and market drivers
21. Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise / Developer and Excel
22. Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
23. Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
24. Highly organised and comfortable managing a busy, deadline‑driven workload
25. Able to work both independently and as part of a wider national team
26. Full UK driving licence
