Veterinary Client Success Lead - Vetsource
Job Description: Coventry, Leeds, Leicestershire, Northampton. Salary £43,000-£47,000 dependent on experience. Company car and benefits. 37.5 hours per week Mon‑Fri. As Vetsource International, part of Mars, expands within the UK, the Clinic Activation Lead ensures that every veterinary clinic that signs onto the platform successfully transitions from a "lead" to a "high‑performing digital business." This role focuses on the critical post‑signature phase: onboarding clinics, training staff, building workflows, and optimizing home delivery performance. It digitizes services to retain business in‑house and grow revenue. It also frees clinic teams to treat pets and engage owners, while Vetsource delivers prescriptions and nutrition products directly to the home. The role requires regular travel across the UK, mainly from the Midlands, with overnight stays as needed.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in account management, onboarding, implementation or customer success preferably within veterinary, animal health, healthcare or SaaS sectors
* Strong ability to work with veterinary surgeons, nurses, practice managers and client care teams to design and embed effective clinical and administrative workflows
* Confident and credible trainer with experience delivering in‑practice training to multidisciplinary veterinary teams and driving behaviour change
* Demonstrated success in optimizing existing veterinary accounts, increasing digital adoption, home delivery usage and electronic product recommendations
* Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills, identifying and resolving common practice pain points such as time pressures, client compliance and operational inefficiencies
* Highly organized and self‑motivated, managing a large territory, extensive travel and autonomous scheduling across a national footprint
Key Responsibilities
* Onboarding & Launch: Lead end‑to‑end setup of newly signed clinics across mainland UK, gather data to create online store and manage enrolment to successful launch
* Workflow Integration & Embedding: Build and implement bespoke clinical and administrative workflows with front‑of‑house teams and vets, ensuring Vetsource is incorporated into daily routines
* Clinic Farming & Optimisation: Identify under‑performing accounts and implement strategic plans to grow home delivery uptake and electronic product recommendations
* In‑house Training: Conduct intensive in‑person training sessions for all clinic staff to ensure full adoption
* Stakeholder Problem Solving: Act as expert to address clinic pain points and help transition to digital home delivery solutions
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Vetsource stakeholders to ensure seamless handover from sale to activation and continuous platform improvement
* Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate real‑time records in CRM, identify inefficiencies in onboarding journey and propose improvements
