This is a rewarding and dynamic role where you’ll work alongside Safeguarding Social Workers to deliver high-quality interventions with children and families, helping them achieve positive and lasting outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct work with children and families, supporting positive routines, boundaries, and behaviour management strategies. Facilitate and supervise Family Time sessions, ensuring safe and meaningful contact between children and their families. Support families subject to Child in Need, Child Protection, and court proceedings. Conduct home visits, contribute to assessments, and work collaboratively with social workers to inform care planning. Help families access community services, budgeting advice, and early help support.
