Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in both bar and coffee service, alongside a passion for exceptional customer experiences and team leadership in a fast‑paced live entertainment environment.
The successful candidate will have experience managing busy bar operations and café‑style service, including knowledge of coffee preparation, drinks service, stock and cellar management, and leading front‑of‑house teams during high‑volume performances and events.
They will play a key role in delivering welcoming, efficient, and high‑quality hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of bar operations during performances and events.
* Collaborate with the venue team to ensure seamless service.
* Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and safety.
* Support operational planning for stock, cellar, and front‑of‑house staffing.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a live entertainment setting.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for guest experience and service excellence.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
* Relevant qualifications in bar management or hospitality are a plus.
