Are you a finance professional experienced in business partnering, management accounting and financial reporting? Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work in a team of skilled accountants? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join the NSPCC Finance Team as a Finance Business Partner. The role reports directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner and to be considered for this role you will:
1. haveexperience in business partnering, with the ability to establish effective relationships across the organisation.
2. have experience in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
3. have experience in the preparation and provision of management reporting; and be highly numerate with the ability to analyse numbers critically.
4. have strong attention to detail, and be hands on with operational month end processes including reviewing transaction reports, preparing journals, variance analysis and preparing commentary.
5. be proactive and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
6. have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial issues to non-financial staff in a clear and concise manner.
7. be a team player with the ability to establish effective relationships within the Finance function.
