Liverpool/ HybridWe are currently working with a well-established and modern law firm who are seeking a Litigation Lawyer in Liverpool.
Whether youre a Litigation Solicitor or Fee Earner, and this is a great opportunity to join the team at a genuinely exciting stage. The firm has built a strong national reputation within debt recovery litigation and continue to expand their team.
Key Practice Areas
* Finance Acting for a broad client base, from SME lenders through to leading UK credit and motor finance providers
* Local Authority Advising councils across England & Wales with business rates and council tax recovery, including complex enforcement work
* Housing Representing major accommodation providers across the private rental, student, and Build to Rent sectors
Who Theyre Looking For
Solicitors (from NQ) with experience in civil litigation and/or debt recovery
Experienced debt recovery fee earners
Fee earners and paralegals from Personal Injury, Credit Hire, or Housing Disrepair backgrounds who are open to retraining into a new practice area
