Motion Designer

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Motion Designer who can bring energy, innovation, and storytelling to our content. If you thrive on creating eye-catching motion graphics and dynamic video edits optimized for social platforms, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

* Design:
o Design and animate social‑first motion content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
o Work with our creative strategists and copywriters to develop content optimized for performance, adapting and resizing assets for multiple formats and aspect ratios.
o Guide the implementation of AI tools across video production to drive innovation, efficiency, and creative excellence.
* Video Editing for Paid Social Campaigns:
o Editing of high‑quality video content tailored for paid social ads, ensuring optimization for different platforms and audience demographics.
o Collaborate closely with media and creative teams to develop video content strategies that drive campaign success.
o Use performance data and insights to continually refine and optimize video content, ensuring success across key metrics such as engagement, view‑through rates, and conversion rates.
* Motion Design/Animation:
o Create engaging graphic animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects tailored for digital ads and organic content.
o Edit and enhance video content with dynamic transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
* Team and Process Management:
o Work efficiently to enable quick turnaround times on delivery when required.
o Lead the workflow across video production teams, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
* Innovation and Trends:
o Stay up-to-date with latest trends in video content, social media formats, and platform‑specific specifications to keep the agency at the forefront of paid social video advertising.
o Experiment with new video formats and storytelling techniques that enhance campaign effectiveness, driving client satisfaction and audience engagement.
* Platform Optimisation and Compliance:
o Ensure all video content adheres to platform‑specific guidelines and best practices, optimizing videos for maximum impact across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.


Key Performance Indicators

* Campaign Effectiveness: Drive high performance in paid social video campaigns, ensuring engagement, click‑through rates, and conversions exceed targets.
* Innovation and AI Integration: Implement AI‑driven solutions to enhance production and optimise campaign performance.
* Client Satisfaction: Deliver compelling, high‑quality video content that aligns with client goals, sustaining client retention.
* Operational Efficiency: Improve production timelines and output by effectively managing resources, deadlines, and workflows.
* Content Optimisation: Leverage data‑driven insights to continually refine content, ensuring platform performance and audience engagement.


Key Skills and Experience

* Proficiency in Video Editing and AI Tools:
o Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and experience using AI tools to enhance production workflows.
* Leadership and Client Focus:
o Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion, aligning with client objectives.
* 3‑5+ Years of Video Editing Experience:
o Experience in creating paid social media campaigns and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
o Knowledge of platform‑specific video formats for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
* Creative Vision and Analytical Mindset:
o Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling, using data feedback to refine content.
* Positive and Adaptable:
o Proactive and adaptable to fast‑paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Agency Experience (preferred):
o Prior work in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
* Motion Graphics Knowledge (plus):
o Experience with motion graphics enhances versatility and creativity.
