As Head Housekeeper, you’ll ensure our home is not only clean and safe, but also comforting and dignified. You’ll lead by example, managing a small team and setting high standards that reflect the respect we have for every resident.
What You’ll Do:
1. Oversee daily cleaning routines across all areas of the home
2. Manage housekeeping staff, rotas, and training
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety and infection control standards
4. Maintain laundry services with care and attention to residents’ personal items
5. Work closely with other departments to support a seamless resident experience
What You’ll Bring:
6. Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally in a care or hospitality setting
7. Strong leadership and organisational skills
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
