We’re looking for a dependable coordinator to manage weekend cleaning bookings (Saturday & Sunday) and an extra half-day during the week to coordinate with the Operations Manager. You’ll ensure jobs run smoothly and communications stay seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate cleaners and organise backup cover
* Confirm schedules and communicate with clients/cleaners
* Track payment and booking statuses
* Manage cancellations, urgent replacements, and daily issues
* Keep accurate records in CRM/scheduling systems
* Assist with recruitment coordination when needed
