Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *HCPC registered Psychologist *to work within *CYP residential* services based *in/ around Leicester, Oadby and North Northamptonshire.*
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will be delivering assessments, formulations and therapeutic *care planning*. Alongside this, you will create *assessment reports*, and support plans.
The successful candidate will deliver therapeutic interventions to children and young people, and developing *trauma informed practice*.
You will also offer consultations and deliver training in topics such as *complex/developmental trauma,* *attachment *and *therapeutic parenting *for staff teams. Additionally, you will attend and contribute to *clinical supervision* for Assistant Psychologists within the multi-disciplinary team.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – full time, 40 hours per week
*Salary* - £60,000 - £80,000 FTE
*Experience required:*
The ideal candidate must hold *HCPC registration *and ideally have experience of working with young people with complex presentations eg a *CAMHS, LAC* or *YOS*. You *must *have previous residential experience.
