The Food & Beverage Team Member is responsible for providing excellent service in the restaurant, bar, or room service areas of the hotel. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
High standards of hygiene and personal presentation.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices and allergens.
