This role plays a key part in developing the skills and safety awareness of the despatch team. As a FLT Trainer you will be responsible for delivering structured training, refresher programmes and assessments, ensuring colleagues are competent, compliant and confident in their duties within a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. The FLT Trainer will work closely with operational teams to promote safe working practices, attention to detail and continuous improvement, supporting both individual development and overall site performance.
