Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced D365 CE Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of customer engagement solutions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and collaborate with developers, and project teams to architect a robust, scalable Dynamics 365 CE implementation that meets the client's needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead solution architecture for D365 CE implementations and enhancements
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
* Oversee solution delivery, integrations, and custom developments in Power Platform and Azure.
* Guide development teams on best practices and technical standards
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
* Provide architectural governance and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and other related modules)
* Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) is advantageous
* Proven track record in solution architecture and implementation project delivery
* Familiarity with Azure services and related integrations
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
