We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Guest Relations Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel. As our Guest Relations Agent you will have a natural ability to connect with people and have a creative flair to deliver personalised tailored service to our guests.
As a Guest Relations Agent you will be:
20. Creating and arranging amenities and tailored experiences to surprise and delight our guests.
21. Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
22. Having presence in the lobby, meeting, greeting and providing assistance to ensure maximum guest engagement and guest satisfaction.
23. Liaising with all departments to ensure all guests needs and expectations are met.
24. Being the main point of contact for all our guests, finding out and acting on their preferences, and ensuring all departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
25. Managing and swiftly resolving guest complaints
Our most successful Guest Relations Agent is someone who:
26. Anticipate our guests needs and be able to thing outside the box to create tailored experiences that leave our guests with lasting memories.
27. Someone who is creative!
28. Previous experience in a guest facing role within a luxury hotel
29. Someone who is naturally engaging and attentive with an eye for detail
30. A self-starter who is intuitive and dependable
