£12.71 per hour + overtime @ £15.88 (over 39 hours)
* 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday.
* 6:00am - 6:00pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays)
* Overtime available at weekends when required
The role
This is a hands-on role where you will learn all aspects of running the latex coating machines. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain knowledge of the production process and support a range of factory operations.
Key responsibilities
* Learn all aspects of operating the latex coating machines.
* Mix latex for production.
* Sew fabrics as part of the manufacturing process.
* Carry out batching duties.
* Complete quality control checks.
* Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
* Support other duties around the factory as required.

1. Experience working with similar machinery preferred.
