You'll be working closely with students who have a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges, helping them develop confidence and independence. What You'll Be Doing Providing tailored support to students in mainstream lessons and small group settings Helping young people with emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience Assisting teachers with adapting resources to ensure inclusive learning Monitoring progress and sharing feedback to inform personalised support plans Promoting a calm, respectful, and engaging learning environment every day What We're Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in a school or similar setting A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting learners Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is an advantage, but not essential with the right experience Why Work with Long Term Futures?
