Job Description
A welcoming primary school in Formby is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at the beginning of their educational journey within a supportive and nurturing school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Early Years team to help create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally and academically.
The Role
• Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
• Holds a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years / EYFS
• Has experience working with young children in nursery or reception settings
• Is patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting early development
Requirements
• Minimum Level 2 Early Years / EYFS qualification
• References covering the last 5 years
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
