Essential Skills Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including authentication, authorisation, federation, and decentralised identity Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms (e.g. Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Transmit, Azure AD B2C or similar) Proven experience delivering technology solutions in consulting or client-facing environments Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, UK Data Protection Act) and their impact on customer identity solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and propose effective solutions Well-organised with the ability to manage and support delivery across multiple or complex workstreams Desirable Skills: Experience with modern identity and security approaches (e.g. Zero Trust, adaptive authentication, API security) Familiarity with frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) Experience integrating CIAM platforms into wider enterprise environments Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, or directory services (e.g. Active Directory) Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted client relationships What’s in it for you At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 25 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!
