Senior Commercial Manager (UK, Paris or Frankfurt)

Role Purpose
To support the business by educating, influencing, and advising key stakeholders on commercial best practices to contribute to the long‑term growth and profitability of the CBRE GWS Enterprise business in line with the wider GWS Commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day commercial support for the account, acting as subject‑matter expert on commercial agreements and contractual matters.
* Lead commercial positioning of the account: attend customer meetings, pursue contractual entitlements, negotiate outcomes, conduct review meetings, report and deliver commercial training.
* Support transition of the account, educating and influencing operational and procurement teams to manage risk, change and best practice.
* Ensure compliance with CBRE governance policies; promote commercial best practice at business reviews.
* Advise on contractual obligations, prepare and run commercial training courses, support contract lifecycle from pursuit to completion.
* Provide commercial guidance at the pursuit stage, support transitions, present at business group, regional business and local management meetings.
* Develop commercial solutions for operational challenges, drive risk reduction and opportunity maximisation, analyse options, influence stakeholders.
* Build and maintain key customer contacts to strengthen relationships.
* Manage supplier engagement: promote best commercial practice, support sourcing solutions, negotiate preferred supplier agreements, ensure back‑to‑back contractual obligations.
Knowledge & Experience
* Proven knowledge of contracting, local legal legislation, valuations, and subcontractor management.
* Experience in account contract management, issue resolution and delivery of tangible successes.
* Demonstrated ability to influence sales and profit figures by maximising profit and minimising risk.
