* Carry out property inspections and estate inspections, ensuring homes and neighbourhoods meet required standards
* Take appropriate enforcement action for breaches of tenancy, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud
* Work with customers to resolve property condition issues and agree improvement plans
* Support access for essential health & safety and compliance works
* Identify support needs and signpost customers to relevant services

* Promote safe, clean, and well-maintained neighbourhoods
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

About You

* Experience in housing management, tenancy services, or a similar frontline role
* Strong understanding of tenancy and neighbourhood management
* Ability to handle challenging situations and influence positive outcomes
* Experience working with vulnerable customers and multi-agency partners
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Confident working independently in a patch-based role

Desirable

* CIH Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
* Knowledge of tenancy enforcement and legal processes

Additional Requirements

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Flexibility to travel across your patch
* Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends if required
* Ability to work independently in the field
* DBS check required

Why Apply?

* Competitive rate of up to £24 per hour
* Flexible, field-based role with autonomy
* Opportunity to gain experience within a reputable housing organisation
* Potential for contract extension
