Your new role
As the APC Asset and Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial properties including offices, retail and industrial assets. As part of the role, you will be involved asset management strategies, including conducting rent reviews and lease renewals and providing strategic advice to clients. You will also be involved in day-to-day property management duties including responding to tenant queries and helping prepare budgets and service charges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career with a leading property consultancy and is seeking an organisation with a long history and excellent reputation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should have an RICS accredited property-related degree and have either commenced, or be looking to commence your APC. Experience working with commercial property is essential and you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
