An opportunity has arisen for an operations support manager to work on the streets directing and managing a team in the Hillingdon area. Your role is to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract. What will you do? You will manage your on-street team of staff. Communicate effectively and lead from the front Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed Motivate, praise and develop your team Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identify training needs for operational staff You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contractWhat will you bring?
