Senior Project Manager
Daily rate: £500 - £600 per day
Location: Gloucestershire
Work style: Hybrid (3/4 days on-site)

Overview:
The Senior Project Manager role focuses on navigating complex client projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results on time, within scope and budget.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that often span multiple departments or business units. The role also provides oversight, guidance, and escalation support for other project managers to ensure organisational goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading multiple, complex projects in accordance with requirements and within budget
* Chairing meetings with Senior Leadership and Stakeholders across the business
* Working across multiple strategic teams within the company to align resources and understand requirements
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance to achieve milestones
* Resolve escalated issues and recover struggling projects when needed
* Responsible for the recognition of revenue and forecasting
* Manage stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors
* Building and maintaining Customer Relationships across multiple Customers
* Identifying potential growth and work areas across current projects and customers
* Mentoring junior members of the PMO
* Ensuring OKRs and KPIs are generally met for the PMO
* Contribute to improving project management standards, methods, and tools across the organisation
Experience Requirements:
* Previous Project Management experience is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The successful candidate will need to already hold eDV Security Clearance.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including with senior executives
* Advanced planning, organisation, and time management, with high attention to detail
* Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple initiatives
