Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including food preparation, bartending, and providing outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
* Manage the bar area, including bartending duties when required.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar counters.
* Support catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
* Skills in food preparation and knowledge of food safety regulations are advantageous.
* Bartending experience is a plus, with an understanding of various beverages and cocktails.
* A strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills is required.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently when necessary.
