Salary: Starting at £27,711 (Level one), rising to £30,060 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role
You will be part of a team within the CCTV Control Room, ensuring the safety of Nottingham’s citizens, businesses, visitors, and the wider community. Your responsibilities include supporting the police in crime detection and prevention, handling CCTV media requests, and ensuring all requests are completed within the CCTV Policy framework. You will work with various CCTV systems, including downloading media and travelling to different sites across Nottingham as needed. You will also support partner agencies by managing CCTV footage requests, SARs, PIRs, and RIPA requests.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* An up-to-date SIA CCTV Licence
* Experience dealing with customers professionally and courteously, including handling CCTV media requests and preparing reports for audit
* Good knowledge of various CCTV systems and the ability to download requested footage efficiently
* Experience handling SAR, PIR, and RIPA requests in compliance with operational policies
* Ability to attend meetings with internal and external partners and communicate effectively
* Ability to work alone when required, including off-site CCTV downloads
* Strong record-keeping skills, maintaining logs and records of activities
This role requires fluency in English due to statutory duties under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). A NPPV Level 2 clearance is also required.
