I am looking for an Office Administrator for a leading Kitchen & Joinery company based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy working in a growing, inspiring environment where you can instantly add value.Role & Responsibilities· Carry out all administration work for the business· Diary Management· Reconcile supplier invoices to statements· Upload supplier invoices to client cost sheets and accounting software· Arrange for quotations from suppliers· Ensure suppliers are delivering excellent service· Ordering of materials· Liaising with clients, staff, suppliers and managementExperience and requirements· 3 years’ experience in office environment essential· Experience in the construction industry (not essential but is a nice to have)· Proficient in MS Office· Excellent written and verbal communications skills· Excellent time management and ability to prioritise work· Must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer serviceOpportunity & BenefitsJob Type: Part-time Expected hours: 16 per week split across 3 daysBenefits:· Company pension· Free on-site parkingSupplemental pay types:· Performance bonus· Yearly bonus
