Job Description
1. Own and drive the full P&L for the consumer electronics and accessories division, delivering profitable revenue growth across key retail channels
2. Lead, manage, and develop a cross-functional team across sales, merchandising, and product/production
3. Build, operate, and expand relationships with major retail and club accounts including Walmart, Target, and Costco/Sam's Club
4. Create and execute assortment strategies, optimizing SKU productivity, margin performance, and portfolio mix
5. Run line reviews, joint business planning, and key account negotiations with retail partners
6. Drive speed-to-market initiatives while balancing cost, margin discipline, and product innovation
7. Identify and execute new channel expansion opportunities, particularly within Club and specialty retail
8. Deliver data-driven commercial decisions to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance
