GSL Education Manchester is delighted to be supporting a secondary school in Stockport to appoint a dedicated Teacher of Religious Education to cover a maternity leave from September. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a values-driven school where RE plays a central role in the curriculum. About the Role: You will deliver RE lessons across KS3 and KS4, exploring worldviews, ethical dilemmas, and philosophical perspectives. The school promotes critical thinking and respectful dialogue, making this an ideal setting for passionate RE teachers. At KS4, pupils follow the AQA Religious Studies GCSE, focusing on Christianity and Islam, alongside moral issues such as crime, human rights, and social justice.
