Overview
Location: Droitwich / Hybrid (working up to 3 days at home)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay: £12.25 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Logging and updating customer information accurately on the systems
* Providing advice, information, and support to customers
* Escalating queries or issues to relevant departments when necessary
* Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach with all customers
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or call handling is desirable
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
