We’re looking for a kind, reliable Live-in Care Assistant to join our local team and make a genuine difference every day.

About the role
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will live in your customer’s home during agreed placements, providing consistent, one-to-one support. You’ll become a reassuring presence, helping with everyday life while respecting routines, preferences, and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing personalised care that encourages independence
* Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
* Preparing meals and supporting with medication
* Helping with household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping, and errands
* Supporting customers to stay connected with friends, family, and their community
* Offering calm, compassionate support during illness, hospital appointments, or end-of-life care
* Working independently, with ongoing support from our experienced care team

What we’re looking for
* A genuinely caring, patient, and respectful nature
* The ability to live with customers for agreed live-in placements
* A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and following care plans
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
* Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided
